We are committed to provide affordable and trendy clothes and for you. Please kindly read through the following terms and condition prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them. Note that the prices stated includes normal postage and are non- negotiable. For those who opted for registered mail, an additional $2.25 will be charged.

Procedure in making your purchase:

Step 1: Leave a comment in the format given below in the particular collection that you are purchasing.

Please do not email us your order, we will invoice according to the order of comments.

Step 2: You will receive an receipt of invoice(email) from Jeshe Moda with the amount deemed and the invoice number. Kindly make all payments through internet banking or ATM transfer within 24 hours after receiving the receipt of invoice in your email.

The POSB saving account is 109 94910 8.

Step 3: After making your payment, submit the payment detail(transaction number) and the mailing address via the email (jeshemoda@gmail.com) after payment has been made.

Step 4: We will send you a confirmation email to notify about your order, do give use 3 working days for processing.

Payment:
§  We only accept two modes of Payment through DBS/POSB Bank. They are Internet Banking and ATM transfers.

§  For customers who choose Internet Banking as their payment method will have their order(s) reserved for 24 hours upon receiving an invoice.

§  Please kindly ensure that payment details and mailing address are submitted via the email (jeshemoda@gmail.com) after payment has been made. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated timeframe. Cancelled orders cannot be reversed and Jeshe Moda will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for within this timeframe.

§  Jeshe Moda aims to verify all internet-banking payment efficiently. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for us to process her/ his order. We will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, Jeshe Moda would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can.


Delivery:
§  Jeshe Moda is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been inputted prior to making payment.

§  All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).

§  We will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer opt for normal/ regular postage.


Products:
§  Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to lighting used.

§  A difference of up to 1 inch between the item(s) received from what was provided in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.


Defective/ Faulty Item(s) received:
§  All exchanges have to mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.

§  We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please take a snapshot of the defective area and forward the snapshot to us at jeshemoda@gmail.com.

§  An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. Jeshe Moda will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

*There may be a up to 1 inch difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

§  All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with via mail only.

§  Jeshe Moda will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

 
Incorrect Item(s) received:
§  All exchanges have to mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.

§  We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at jeshemoda@gmail.com. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.

§  An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. Jeshe Moda will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

§  All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with via mail only.

§  Jeshe Moda will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.


Exchanges for Incorrect Size purchased:
§  All exchanges have to mailed back within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered

§  We do provide exchanges in size**. However, postage will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided. Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via registered mail to us. Jeshe Moda will not proceed on with the exchange if the parcel does not reach us and is not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.

§  All exchanges are final and further requests for exchange will be denied.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

**Only applicable to Non–sale items. Exchanges in size do not apply to items from the Sale section.

§  All exchanges/ returns will be handled via mail only. Jeshe Moda will reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order.

§  Jeshe Moda will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.


Product Care:
§  You are advised to hand wash all Jeshe Moda apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes.

§  Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products except those that contain silk, satin and chiffon. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).


Usage of Site:
§  Jeshe Moda may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content which we deem will be of interest to our customers. This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to Jeshe Moda and by downloading or storing of this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.

§  Content extracted from Jeshe Moda and published or shared on any platforms must be credited.
